NFPA Diamond Hazard Labels

These self-adhesive labels feature the familiar National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) "fire diamond".  Simply write in the numbers 0 to 4 in the colored square to indicate the degree of risk for health, flammability, and reactivity. Use the white square for special notices or hazards.

These labels are available in economical paper or indoor/outdoor vinyl in three sizes: 2" x 2", 4" x 4" or 6" x 6".  They are available in rolls of 250 or 500 identical labels.
