Guardian Replacement 470-025R Replacement Flow Controls for FS-Plus™ Spray Heads, 6/pkg

Guardian Equipment's 470-005R is a set of six replacement 3.2 gallon per minute (GPM) flow controls for the FS-Plus™ spray head assemblies (item # AP470-021) used in Guardian Equipment eye/face washes.

IMPORTANT: In order to operate properly, the flow control must be inserted into the spray head body concave end first. A parts diagram for eye/face washes containing 2 FS-Plus™ spray heads is available for download.

Note: Effective January 1, 1997, The FS outlet head was replaced by the FS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the FS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a FS-Plus™ spray head.
