This lockout training procedure station has a silk-screened backboard made from durable polystyrene that includes predrilled holes for easy wall mounting. The white PVC-coated steel binder rack includes mounting hardware.
Also included is a white 3-ring lockout procedure binder made out of 55-gauge polyethylene and a package of 25 lockout safety procedure forms. Additional binders, forms, and racks are available separately.
