These cards are a Safety Emporium exclusive item and are printed on extra-heavy card stock. The front side is colorful and glossy while the back side is matte and contains spaces for the trainer and trainee information as well as a notes section where the trainer can list specific equipment that the trainee has been approved to work with. In addition, the reverse of the card states "This certification expires one year from the date of training." If you perform retraining on a more frequent basis you can cross that out and put in an earlier date, of course.

You can prevent employee tampering by encasing the completed card in our handy self-laminating covers (item #01348). The wording on this card is customizable by special order of 500 or more cards.
