Fire Extinguisher P.A.S.S. Tags w/ Inspection Record

These two-sided 5.75" h x 3.25" w (14.6 x 8.3 cm) white fire extinguisher tags have  a four year inspection record on one side, and the PASS acronym for fire extinguisher use on the other. The PASS side has an extinguisher graphic and reads "To Use Fire Extinguisher Pull Pin, Aim At Base Of Fire, Squeeze Handle, Sweep Side To Side". The reverse side has a red "Fire Extinguisher Inspection Record" header, a space for the extinguisher number (if used), and room for four years' worth of monthly inspection.

Tag ties are NOT included. We recommend our 50 lb pull strength ties to ensure the tags stay secure, item # 12255.

These 5.75" h x 3.25" w (14.6 x 8.3 cm) tags are available in three different materials in packages of 5 or 25:

• Card Stock. Tear-resistant, waterproof, pulp-free - no wood pulp or paper content. These pliable 10-mil polyolefin-based tags will not crack, distort, or shrink. Ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor conditions. Scuff-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole.

• Rigid Plastic.  High-strength, tear-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical-resistant for dirty and greasy environments. 15-mil thick rigid polyethylene, relatively bendable and ideal for indoor and outdoor temporary tagging applications. Mar-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole w/ a reinforced metal grommet to resist pull-off

• Laminate. These tear-proof tags are hard-sealed by thick laminate on both sides making them nearly indestructible. These tags withstand tough, abusive conditions and are weatherproof, chemical-resistant, mar-resistant, scratch-resistant, and capable of withstanding dirt, grease, liquid splashes, rough handling, and high wind. The tags have a 3/8" hole with a reinforced metal grommet.
