OHAUS California Proposition 65 Information

California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about signi!cant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

OHAUS is providing this warning based on its knowledge that one or more chemicals listed by the State of California in connection with Proposition 65 may be present in OHAUS products.

This web page is intended to give OHAUS institutional customers information needed to ensure their workplaces are compliant with the requirements of California Proposition 65, and should not be relied upon as a statement of what speci!c chemicals or materials may or may not be present in a particular OHAUS product.
