Product Description

The Ohaus Navigator series of portable scales features a touchless infrared (IR) sensor that frees up your hands and avoids contamination, mechanical and software overload/underload protection and user selectable print and communication options (RS232, USB or Ethernet). With a one second stabilization time, superior overload protection, and multiple application modes such as weighing, parts counting, percent weighing and checkweighing, these balances are your best choice for quality control, inventory management, shipping and receiving, recipes and formulation, portioning and other popular applications all at a modest price!

These balances have an ABS housing, a stainless steel pan and are powered with an AC adaptor (included) or 4 C batteries (not included) with a typical battery life of up to 270 hours. Other standard features include a power adapter, security bracket, bright backlit LCD display with large 0.78" (20 mm) digits, skid-resistant leveling feet, an up-front level indicator, menu and calibration lock switch, a transportation lock to protect the load cell, stability indicator, low battery indicator and auto shut-off. With the optional network connection kit, you can connect these balances to peripherals for printing and data collection.

These balances display weights in Gram, Kilogram, Newton, Pound, Ounce, Pound:Ounce (decimal or fractional), Ounce Troy, Pennyweight, Grain or Carat.
