Hazardous Material Information Tags, 25/Pkg

These durable 3-1/4" w x 5-5/8" h plastic tags are ideal for identifying hazards and are sold 25 per package. These tags use a system that is similar to but not identical to the proprietary and non-mandatory HMIS® system.

The front of the tag has spaces for chemical name, MSDS#, manufacturer and phone, along with colored bars for fire hazard (red), health hazard (blue), instability (yellow), and personal protection (white) and a hazard key of 0 (minimal) through 4 (severe). The back of the tag has a personal protection key with symbols and text for various PPE items and a legend of combinations of these A through X.
