Bilingual OSHA Notice Safety Tag: Potable Drinking Water Only

The front of these double-sided tags have an OSHA Notice header. The front has bold black text of "Potable Drinking Water Only", below in smaller black text it has text of "Do not open without proper authorization". Finally below that in the same text it reads "Dipping into water is strictly prohibited". This is all then repeated in Spanish on the bottom half of the tag. At the very bottom is a blank for the owner's signature. The reverse side has a table, the columns are arranged in the following order: day, date, time filled, initials. Below each english word is its Spanish equivalent on the table. At the bottom it reads in fine black text "Do not use drinking water container for any other purpose" with its Spanish translation just below.
