Economy Laboratory Frame Connectors

These economy laboratory connectors are made of cast aluminum with a smooth round surface for connecting lattice rod supports for laboratory apparatus. These spherical designed connectors assure rigidity, solidity and freedom from breakage. The U-shaped slots on each side take standard 1⁄2 inch (item # 22200), 13 mm (item # 22205) or other smaller rods and provide easy versatility. The axial hole permits rods to be joined at right angles in the same plane. The open U slot allows the removal or addition of rods to a laboratory setup without disturbing the whole structure. The set screws are easily tightened with an Allen wrench. The screws, when tightened in place, are flush, eliminating the inconvenience of protruding locking devices.

These are sold singly and in packages of 12. The 12-packs come with an 3/32" Allen wrench and the single conenctors do not. Allen wrenches are also sold separately and they also fit our economy laboratory frame feet, item # 22011.

These connectors may be economy priced but they offer quality performance and are backed by a two year manufacturer warranty - if one fails for any reason other than abuse or neglect, we'll replace it for free.  For harsher conditions and intensive research laboratory fume hood applications, we recommend our standard laboratory frame connectors, item # 22030, which come with a silicon-sealed finish for maximum protection against corrosion.
