OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.146, the Permit-Required Confined Spaces Standard, and other OSHA standards govern worker entry into spaces which have a hazardous atmosphere, contain a material that could engulf the entrant, have a configuration which could result in entrapment or asphyxiation, or present other serious safety/health hazards. Proper training and signage are key elements of compliance with these regulations.

Alert your employees to confined space hazards with these signs which feature an OSHA CAUTION header and the words "Buddy system is required for entry" to ensure their safety and compliance. These signs are available in your choice of 10" w x 7" h, 14" w x 10" h and 20" w x 14" h sizes in self-adhesive vinyl, rigid plastic, or aluminum.
