These 5" w x 3.5" h self-adhesive vinyl labels read "CAUTION. Carbon dioxide gas can cause injury or death. Ventilate the area before entering. A high carbon dioxide gas concentration can occur in this area and can cause suffocation." This sign should be posted outside each entrance to a carbon dioxide storage room.
