Chemguard Fixed Hose Reel Foam Stations, 36 and 60 Gallon

Chemguard Foam Fire Fighting Stations are self-contained units that rely only on water flow and pressure to operate. Simply fill the stainless steel tank with your appropriate choice of foam agent and you're good to go! These are installed in fixed locations such as processing, storage or handling areas where flammable or combustible liquids are used. The stations are available in three main configurations.

• The 36 gallon size is USCG Approved for 3% AFFF or 3% AR-AFFF with UL-19 Flat Fold fire hose which is stored in a fiberglass hose box on top of the tank and has a USCG-approved nozzle. It is approved for use on open decks and to replace a required fire hose station. Model # EF10357.
• The non-USGC approved 60 gallon model comes complete with a 316 SS Tank, galvanized hose reel, 100' x 1.5" hard rubber hose, brass bypass manifold with CE95 NPSH eductor, and SB95P hand line nozzle. Model # EF10357
• The USCG-approved 60 gallon model EF2681 is similar to the standard 60 gallon but comes with a variety of foam and hose/nozzle types. It is approved for protection of helicopter landing pads without refueling facilities on mobile offshore drilling Units and for the use as required Fire Main System Equipment.
