Replacement Guardian AP470-100R Eye/Face Wash Outlet Head Assembly w/ 2 GS-Plus™ Spray Heads

This Guardian Equipment AP470-100R eye/face wash outlet head assembly comes with two complete GS-Plus™ spray heads, Guardian part number AP470-001, the outlet arms, tee and BI136-02-04 mounting shank.

Note: Effective January 1, 1997, The GS outlet head was replaced by the GS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the GS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a GS-Plus™ spray head.
