This red plastic sign is printed with fade-resistant white ink and reads "SPRINKLER FIRE ALARM.  WHEN BELL RINGS DIAL 911."  The predrilled mounting hole fits easily over an alarm bell.  NFPA 25 requires outside alarm devices to be checked annually for conspicuous signage such as this near the alarm device
