Aluminum fire system activation sign for cooking system fire control systems
This sign reads "Fire System To Be Activated Prior To Using Extinguisher". Dimensions: 5" x 3". This sign is used in commercial kitchens that have automatic extinguishing systems. Paragraph 4.4.3.6 of the 2017 edition of NFPA 17A states that placards indicating that fixed systems should be activated prior to using an extinguisher should be posted near the Class K extinguisher (see item # 09540).
The sign is silk-screened and then oven baked for added durability. The signs have smooth finished edges and are completely backed with a double-sided adhesive tape for quick and easy installation.
