NFPA Chemical Hazard Tags w/ Multiple Checklists, 25/Pkg

These 3-1/4" w x 5-5/8" h durable plastic tags are used to convey National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) hazard ratings. The front of the tags has room for identifying information, nine personal protection equipment (PPE) checkboxes, and the NFPA "fire diamond". The back has spaces for additional info as well as checkbox lists for route of exposure, health hazards, and target organs. Sold in packages of 25 only.
