These 14" w x 10" h signs feature a white-on-green, attention-grabbing, OSHA-style SAFETY FIRST header and black-on-white text that reads "REPORT ALL ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES AT ONCE".  Use them to promote a culture of safety in your workplace.

These signs are available in your choice of self-adhesive vinyl, plastic, and aluminum. The plastic and aluminum signs feature rounded corners and four 3/16" mounting holes.
