Signs, CAUTION Radiation Area w/ Graphic

These radiation hazard signs warn staff and patients of radiation hazards and prevent accidental exposure. These yellow signs feature a purple OSHA-style CAUTION header, a purple radiation symbol, and black text of "RADIATION AREA".
