Description

Use this Manifold to increase the number of waste lines being fed into a single intake fitting on Justrite's round HPLC Safety Disposal Cans. Up to four lines per manifold can be fed from HPLC processes into a single container. Each manifold has (4) ports tapped to accomodate 1/4-28 ports threads of the supplied fittings. PEEK™ fittings include (4) each of: 1/16" (2-mm) and 1/8" (3-mm) OD tube fittings with corresponding PCTFE ferrules for compression fit of waste line. Four plug caps are provided to close unused ports. Multiple manifolds may be used on a custom-designed quick-disconnect container as long as one fitting remains unused.

This manifold is made of No. 316 gauge stainless steel and fits only a stainless steel intake fitting.  Consider chemical compatibility when choosing a manifold and note that PTFE manifolds with stainless steel and/or PTFE fittings are also available.

The safety container with the manifold installed is US OSHA compliant and meets NFPA Code 30. Use on round containers, not for use on oval style can.
