Justrite Folding Utility Trays provide a convenient, portable way to protect work surfaces and contain everyday drips, messes, and fluids during routine maintenance and handling tasks. Ideal for benchtop work, small equipment service, and mobile field operations, these trays create an instant controlled workspace wherever it’s needed.
The durable PVC construction material resists oils, fuels and other common shop chemicals. Reinforced wire-frame walls maintain the shape and stability of the tray while the heat-welded seams add strength and support long-term, leak-resistance performance. The tray easily wipes clean after use and quickly folds flat for compact storage.
These 8-gallon trays include an integrated polyethylene grate that keeps parts, tools, and containers elevated for cleaner, more organized maintenance work. Fluids collect below the grate while the working surface stays clear, which helps reduce mess and makes cleanup easier during routine servicing, part rinsing, or equipment checks. It is a practical choice for shops and field technicians who need a contained workspace with built-in fluid separation.
The tray measures 25.5" x 25.5" x 4" (64.8 x 64.8 x 10.2 cm) when unfolded and 28.5" L x 5" W x 1.0" H (72.4 x 12.7 x 2.5 cm) when folded. The grate measure 24" x 24" x 2.5" (61 x 61 x 6.4 cm). The net weight of the tray and grate is 10 lb (4.5 kg). The capacity of the tray is 8 gallons (30.3 liters) without the grate, or 6 gallons (22.7 liters) with the grate.
