PVC Coated 26" 12-Hook Rack

These color coded racks are ideal for holding tools together in the same place for a single machine or operator. Made of colored PVC, these racks are 26" wide and feature 12 2.5" hooks. Available in 13 different colors, they are ideal for best practices sanitation, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Utilizing color coded racks for different sanitation and cleaning tools from different plant areas reduces cross contamination and prevents the spread of bacteria. The strong, durable material is made to withstand daily cleaning from common cleaning products, such as bleaches, acids, bases, and solvents found in and used for sanitation in food and chemical plants. A one inch spacing from the wall also allows for easy cleaning behind the racks.

Be sure to also purchase Sanitation Spacers (item #06084). These 1" diameter x 1" deep spacers hold these racks, as well as cabinets 1" off of walls to ensure cleaning behind them.

These racks are also ideal for 5S lean manufacturing processes (sorting, set in order, system cleaning, standardizing, and sustaining) as well. They are capable of holding and organizing brushes, brooms, scrapers, scoops, shovels, mops, and squeegees.
