Stainless Steel Sanitation Ladder, Broom, Squeegee, Shovel Rack

These stainless steel racks are perfect for holding sanitation ladders, brooms, squeegees, and shovels, with a 2.5" separation between wires. They hold sanitation brushes and tools together in one place for one machine, area, or operation, with a one inch spacing from the wall to allow for cleaning behind the rack. The racks has a weight capacity of 50 lbs and projects 14" out from the wall, while holding tools 2.25" off of the wall, all on 4 mounting holes. The durable stainless steel material is designed to withstand frequent cleaning from the most common acids, bases, bleaches, and solvents used in food and chemical plant sanitation. The 0.23" #304 stainless steel wire and 0.063" stainless steel sheet is electroplated after manufacture to stand up to punishing temperatures, with the protective oxide layer preventing the formation of rust.

The reduction in cross contamination is ideal for HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) compliance. These racks  are also perfect for the 5S workplace organization methodology (sorting, set in order, systemic cleaning, standardizing, and sustaining).
