Avoid electrical accidents by applying lockouts to prevent plugs from being inserted into a wall outlet. Use these clever clamshell-style devices when the plug will not remain under the exclusive control of the person performing service or maintenance. These devices are made from durable plastic and have a printed danger message to alert workers of lockout in progress.

The small device is for use with 110V electrical plugs. It measures 2" h x 2" d x 3.5" w (5.1 x 5.1 x 8.9 cm) and has a 1/2" (1.3 cm) diameter hole for the plug cord.

The large device is for use with 220V/500V plugs. It measures 3.5" h x 5" d x 7" w (8.9 x 12.7 x 17.8 cm) and has a 1" (2.6 cm) diameter hole for the plug cord.

Each device accepts up to two padlocks. Padlocks (item # 07023) and tags are sold separately.
