Description

Zing's universal multi-pole circuit breaker lockout device can be securely mounted to a wide range of breakers (110/270 voltage). This device fits double and triple pole switches 0.3" to 0.6 " high x 0.35" to 0.44" deep (7.6 to 15.2 mm x 8.9 to 11.2 mm), with or without a hole, and will accommodate 1 padlock with shackles up to a 9/32" (7.1 mm) diameter. For a similar device for single-pole breakers see item # 07154.

The device has a warning sticker with an OSHA Danger header and the wording "LOCKED OUT DO NOT OPERATE" to help you comply with 29 CFR 1910.147, the OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Standard.
