Description

This heavy duty Safety Snap Cap gas cylinder lockout is constructed of welded steel and is powder coated for years of use. It denies access to the main cylinder control valve and regulator attachment point and meets DOT standards. It is easily applied and secured with an included brass padlock. The use of an appropriate tag is also suggested.

This item meets ISO 11117, DOT 49 CFR, CSA B340, and CGA V-9 standards and will provide years of rugged use. 1 year manufacturer warranty.

The nominal dimensions are 7.5" x 5" x 4" (19 x 12.7 x 10.2 cm) and the unit weighs 4.10 lb (1.86 kg). This lockout is available in 4 versions to fit most North American high and low pressure gas cylinders. Examine your cylinder or consult with your cylinder supplier/manufacturer to ensure that you order the correct version.
