Description

This six-hole nonconductive lockout hasp is made in USA from 100% recycled plastic to support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The closed hasp has a 1" (2.54 cm) diameter and accepts up to six padlocks or hasps with up to 3/8" (9.5 mm) shackle diameter. The hasp also functions as a lockout tag with an OSHA Danger header and the words "DO NOT OPERATE, EQUIPMENT LOCKED OUT" along with spaces for name and department. Overall dimensions: 7" h x 3" w (17.8 x 7.6 cm). SOLD INDIVIDUALLY.
