These large steel lockout hasps are used in situations where many workers are affected by the same energy isolation point during lockout/tagout procedures. The holes accept padlocks and hasps with up to 3/8" (9.5 mm) shackle diameter and the hasp itself provides 1" (2.54 cm) of clearance. Available in your choice of a 12 or 24-hole model.

The 12-hole version measures 6.5" h x 1.5" w x 0.30" d (16.5 x 3.8 x 0.76 cm). The 24-hole version measures 10.3" h x 1.5" w x 0.30" d (26.2 x 3.8 x 0.76 cm).  SOLD INDIVIDUALLY.
