Product Description

ZIng's Eco lockout/tagout (LOTO) tags are double-sided and are made in the USA from ultra heavy duty and rigid 0.055" (~1/16" = 1.44 mm) thick recycled plastic. The tags measure 5.75" x 3" (14.6 x 7.6 cm) with a 0.5" (12.7 mm) hole. The tags are suitable for indoor or outdoor use, are easy to write on, and hold up against water, grease and a variety of chemicals. They exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull requirement for tagout devices per 29 CFR 1910.147.

Both the front and back feature an OSHA Danger header to convey that improper procedure could be fatal. The front has the statement "OUT OF SERVICE" along with blank spaces for the name of the person who may remove the tag and date. The reverse states "DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG!" and has multiple lines for specific remarks.

These tags are UL-validated for recycled content, and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Sold 10 per package. Tag ties not included.
