Replacement Cam for JL Industries Saf-T-Lock Extinguisher Cabinet Mechanisms

This replacement piece is a plastic insert for JL Industries (Activar Products Group) fire extinguisher cabinets featuring the Saf-T-Lock door locking mechanism such certain models of the Ambassador, Academy and Cosmpolitan series. When the cabinet is opened without the key, this item must be replaced.  These are sold individually.

The pieces are usually unpolished and may appear discolored or even a tad dirty-looking depending on the batch from the factory. This part is hidden in use, so the appearance is functionally meaningless.  We've asked the factory  why these vary and never did get a good answer, but rest assured these are new parts direct from the manufacturer. So just to be up front with you on this issue we've included a picture here with cams from two very different batches. We can not honor requests for "cleaner" looking ones, sorry.
