Product Description

The Bullard EDP16TE Free-Air pump supplies air for two continuous flow airline hood/helmet style respirators or three tight-fitting facepiece style units. This 115 volt unit features a 1.5 hp motor and has an air flow of 16 CFM at 5 psig. When used with optional extension hose kits, the breathable air inlet filter can be located up to 300 feet away from the pump. The inlet filter is medium efficiency, keeping particles larger than 25 microns out of the air supply.

These pumps are ideal for supplying clean, breathable air when a compressed air system is not available. The oil-less design means these pumps do not produce carbon monoxide, oil vapor or oil mist. Therefore, there is no need for expensive CO monitors, temperature alarms, airline filters, or complicated calibration equipment that is required in compressed air systems.

This unit weighs 98 lbs (44.5 kg) and measures 14" w x 28" l x 16" h. Lead time on this product is firm. This product must ship as ground freight. Supplied-air respirators used with this pump must be NIOSH approved to operate at 15 psig or less. Also available in a version for rated hazardous environments, item # BL-EDP16HAZ.
