Liquid-Liquid Continuous Extractor w/ Bottom Return Tube

This liquid-liquid continuous extractor has the return tube sealed at the bottom center of the extractor for more efficient extractions. It is designed for EPA priority pollutant samples where the extracting solvent is heavier than water. It is sized for samples of 1 liter plus approximately 200 mL of extracting solvent and features a 2 mm PTFE stopcock on the sidearm to stop the flow after extraction is complete. The extractor has a 45/50 top outer joint and a 24/40 inner joint on the uptake tube.

A complete setup would include a CG-1506-23 1,000 mL round bottom flask and CG-1368-05 medium condenser, each sold separately.
