Ansul 100 lb Marine Stationary Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguisher

Ansul's Stationary Marine 100 lb CO₂ fire extinguisher is designed specifically to comply with US Coast Guard regulations. Typical applications include engine rooms, machine spaces, electronic equipment and low-voltage electrical equipment. The Ansul part # is 433541.

This single tank stationary unit comes with a standard 40 foot (12.2 m) wire-braided high-pressure discharge hose. Additional hoses are available by special order. This unit is shipped unassembled. The discharge time is 69 seconds, and the shipping weight is 331 lb (150.1 kg). The dimensions of the unit are 66" h x 19" d x 15" w. (168 x 48 x 38 cm).

Note: This unit was approved as a USCG "B-V" extinguisher on March 17, 2005. While the new USCG regulations also permit a 40-gallon foam unit to fulfill the new mandatory requirements, as far as we know no manufacturer makes or plans to make a 40-gallon foam unit.
