NEW! COVID-19 Products
These scaffold status tags are designed specifically to work with our Safety Status Tag Holders (item # 12251) and Secure-Status Safety Tag Holders (item # 12256) but can also be used as a standard tag.
These scaffold inspection tags help workers comply with the OSHA Scaffolding Standard, 29 CFR 19126.451 paragraph (f)(3) requirement that "scaffolds and scaffold components shall be inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity."
The front of these yellow double-sided tags has text of "Yellow Tag. This scaffold has been erected with modifications for specific work. 100% tie-off is required when working on/from this scaffold. See back of tag for daily inspection" along with spaces for specific hazards, weight capacity, load capacity, date erected and signature of competent person. The back of the tag has header text of "This scaffold has been inspected by the undersigned competent person and found to be safe for use on last date specified" along with spaces for the date and signature of the competent person. Additional yellow scaffold tags are also available.
Tag ties are NOT included. We recommend our 50 lb pull strength ties for meeting OSHA lockout/tagout requirements, item # 12255.
