Secure-Status Safety Tag Holders For Scaffolds, Confined Space and More

The Secure-Status Safety Tag Holder encloses and protects your safety status alert tags in a secure tag holder system. These devices provide OSHA compliance with tag-required applications including scaffolds, ladders, confined space, forklifts, cylinders, hot work and more.

To use, simply open the device and insert any of our standard 5-3/4" h x 3-1/4" w (15.6 x 8.3 cm) tags (SOLD SEPARATELY). Close the jaws onto a post rail or pole up to 2-1/2" (6.35 cm) in diameter. The unique pry-resistant scissor design has upper jaws and lower corners that interlock and the holder can be closed at the bottom with up to four padlocks or hasps (also sold separately). The jaws can fit into openings 3/8" (0.95 cm) in diameter, allowing this device to work as lockout device as well.

The overall measurements are 10" h x 3-1/2" w x 3/8" d (25.4 x 8.9 x 0.95 cm) and the clear view front window which protects the tags from damage or tampering measures 5-1/2" h x 2-3/4" w (14 x 7 cm).

The empty holder comes with your choice of default message this is displayed when no tag is inserted. Each has an OSHA Danger header and your choice of default text:

• Blank (no header or message)
• Do Not Remove Barricade
• Confined Space. Do Not Enter. Permit Required.
• Do Not Use Cylinder
• Do Not Use Forklift. Inspection Tag Required.
• Do Not Perform Hot Work. Permit Required.
• Do Not Use Ladder
• Do Not Use Scaffold Or Climber
