These scaffold inspection tags help workers comply with the OSHA Scaffolding Standard, 29 CFR 19126.451 paragraph (f)(3) requirement that "scaffolds and scaffold components shall be inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity."

These 7.625" h x 3.25" w (19.4 x 8.3 cm) tags are ideal for use with our Scaffold Tag Holder item # 12251.  Made of card stock these tags are tear-resistant, waterproof, and pulp-free - no wood pulp or paper content. These pliable 10-mil polyolefin-based tags will not crack, distort, or shrink. Ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor conditions. Scuff-resistant, matte surface.

These red single-sided tags have text of "DANGER. Do not use this scaffold. Keep off. This scaffold is being erected, taken down or has been found defective.
