NEW! COVID-19 Products
These forklift DANGER tags are designed specifically to work with our Safety Status Tag Holders (item # 12251) and Secure-Status Safety Tag Holders (item # 12256) but can also be used as a standard tag.
Under OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.178, the Powered Industrial Trucks Standard, forklifts must be inspected at least daily or after each shift if used around the clock. Help your employees get into this important habit with these yellow double-sided tags. The front and back feature a "Forklift Inspection" header. The front has an extensive checklist to serve as a reminder and the reverse serves as an inspection record with multiple spaces for date and initials. If the forklift must be repaired, you'll want to get our "This forklift requires repair" tags as well, item # 12285.
Tag ties are NOT included. We recommend our 50 lb pull strength ties for meeting OSHA lockout/tagout requirements, item # 12255.
