THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BY GUARDIAN EQUIPMENT. Sets of plastic covers for the FS-Plus™ spray head are available in orange, green and yellow under item # AP470-022-R.

Note: Effective January 1, 1997, The FS outlet head was replaced by the FS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the FS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a FS-Plus™ spray head.
