This is a set of TWO replacement covers for the FS-Plus™ spray head (item # AP470-021) used in Guardian Equipment eye/face washes. They are available in your choice of orange (AP470-022ORG-R), green (AP470-022GRN-R), and yellow (AP470-022YEL-R). Diameter: 2-1/2" (6.35 cm). Please measure yours before ordering to make sure you do not need the smaller GS-Plus™ covers, item # AP470-002-R.

Individual stainless steel dust covers for the FS-Plus™ spray head are available as item # AP470-045.

Note: Effective January 1, 1997, The FS outlet head was replaced by the FS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the FS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a FS-Plus™ spray head.
