This is a set of TWO replacement covers for the GS-Plus™ spray head (item # AP470-001) used in Guardian Equipment eye/face washes. They are available in your choice of orange (AP470-002ORG-R), green (AP470-002GRN-R), and yellow (AP470-002YEL-R). Diameter: 1-1/2" (3.8 cm). Please measure yours before ordering to make sure you do not need the larger FS-Plus™ covers, item # AP470-022-R.

Individual stainless steel dust covers for the FS-Plus™ spray head are available as item # AP470-040.

Note: Effective January 1, 1997, The GS outlet head was replaced by the GS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the GS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a GS-Plus™ spray head.
