Replacement Guardian AP470-110R Eye/Face Wash Outlet Head Assembly w/ 2 FS-Plus™ Spray Heads

This Guardian Equipment AP470-110R eye/face wash outlet head assembly comes with two complete FS-Plus™ spray heads, Guardian part number AP470-021, the outlet arms, tee and BI136-02-04 mounting shank.

Note: Effective January 1, 1997, The FS outlet head was replaced by the FS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the FS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a FS-Plus™ spray head.
