Danger Formaldehyde Irritant And Potential Cancer Hazard, Authorized...Label

The OSHA Formaldehyde Standard 29 CFR 1910.1048 and others require signs with the wording "DANGER Formaldehyde irritant and potential cancer hazard. Authorised personnel only" when the concentration of airborne formaldehyde exceeds either the TWA or the STEL. These signs must be posted at all entrances and accessways.

Note: Formaldehyde has recently been upgraded to "known human carcinogen" by multiple agencies such as the US EPA, WHO, the NRC, the NTP and IARC. We can omit the word "Potential" if desired.
