Danger Formaldehyde Contaminated Equipment, Avoid...Label

The OSHA Formaldehyde Standard 29 CFR 1910.1048 and others require that storage areas and containers for formaldehyde-contaminated equipment bear labels with this wording. Also available with the word "clothing" instead of "equipment" as item # 00701-A.

These labels are made from outdoor-grade vinyl and feature a super-tough, smear-proof lettering that will stand up to years outdoors or in tough industrial environments.
