Zing 800 Solid Aluminum, Plastic-Encased Safety Padlocks w/Multiple Configurations

Zing 800 Series Safety Lockout Padlocks feature a solid aluminum body with a stainless steel shackle. Best used for extreme lockout applications like oil rigs and mines. The body is encased in recycled plastic for extended durability and dielectric properties. The shackle inserts feature a barrier cap to protect the interior from dirt and moisture. The precision 6-pin cylinder has key-retaining and auto-locking functions and allow 12,000 key types.  The locks are available with your choice of 1.5" or 3" shackles (3.8 or 7.6 cm). The lock body measures 1.75" h x 1.5" w x 0.75" d (4.4 x 3.8 x 1.9 cm). 

Each lock includes a complete set of English, English/Spanish, and English/French labels with an OSHA danger header and wording of "Locked Out. Do Not Remove." Their unique design makes Zing 700 and 800 series the the only lockout padlocks that can accommodate a bilingual label on a standard size padlock body.

Each lock comes with one key and is available keyed alike or keyed different with either 1-1/2" or 3" l shackle.  Convenient keyed-alike 3- and 6-lock multipacks are available in red for 1-1/2" l shackle.
