Fire Extinguisher Tags, 2 Sided, Recharge & Inspection, Rigid Plastic, 10/Pkg

These 2-7/8" w x 5.75" h extinguisher recharge and inspection tags are printed on thick plastic and can be easily written on with a permanent magic marker (recommended) or a felt tip pen (for reuse). These have a monthly inspection checklist, recharge record and hydrotest blank on the front and a monthly inspection record that is good for 3 years on the back.
