Protective Health Gear's (PHG's) Model 6150 N95 Filtering Facepiece Respirators are NIOSH-approved (approval number 84A-9525) and are manufactured in the USA from US and globally-sourced materials. These masks fold flat and are individually packaged so you can easily stash them in your pocket or purse when you are on the go. The latex-free elasticized head straps are fusion welded and staple-free for durability and comfort. The four layers of filtration include an extra soft inner layer that feels great on your face. An adjustable metal nosepiece and inner foam nose cushion help ensure a good fit. A PDF file containing the instructions, cautions/limitations, manufacturer information and NIOSH approval information is available for download (for the obsolete 5160 only at the moment).
These masks are designed to protect the wearer against non-oil-based particles as small as 0.3 microns, while still allowing the user full, deep breaths of clean, fresh air. They are ideal for applications in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, aviation, construction, automotive, manufacturing, government, food processing sectors and more. N95 filtering respirators filter at least 95% of airborne particles. NIOSH has a convenient discussion of particulate filtering respirator classifications on their web site.
These vertical duckbill style masks are normally sold in boxes of 20 or 50. For case quantity purchases (600 or 1,000 masks) please contact us by phone or email. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THIS ITEM.

Technical Note 1: The metal nosepiece is folded nearly flat when new. While this product is intended to be disposable, if you plan to reuse the mask we recommend that you do not refold the nosepiece between wearings to keep the metal from failing prematurely.
Technical Note 2: Respirators with KN designations such as KN95 are not NIOSH-approved and the market for KN95's is fraught with substandard and counterfeit products and should be considered only when approved alternatives are unavailable. A study by ECRI determined that up up to 70% of imported non-NIOSH certified respirators exhibit filtration performance "significantly inferior" to NIOSH-certified N95's.
Technical Note 3: When molding the metal nosepiece on any respirator, use both hands to mold that to your nose. If you use just the thumb and forefinger of one hand you are likely to create a little valley that is hard to seal perfectly.
Tax tip! The Internal Revenue Service has stated that the purchase of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes, for the primary purpose of preventing the spread of coronavirus are deductible medical expenses. They are also eligible for reimbursement under health flexible spending accounts such as FSA's and HSA's.

Excellent Fit for Smaller Face
Posted by Rachelle on Jan 26th 2022
I purchased NIOSH-approved N95 masks prior to finding these PHG N95 Model 5160 ones. The other N95s were too large for me, which made for unsafe gaps. Not only do these PHG N95 Model 5160 masks fit extremely well on my small face (I’m a 5’2” adult female, for perspective), they are also super comfortable! I didn’t know comfort was a real possibility with N95s. As an added bonus, they do not have a stench inside! I feel safe/secure wearing these. No air comes out, they have full coverage and are high quality and approved. Moreover, my breathing doesn't feel stifled. Also, the nose piece and elastics are soft, sturdy and comfortable. I don't mind paying extra for something this well fitting, comfy and reliable. Beyond this, Safety Emporium’s communication and customer service was top notch. That was a pleasant, unexpected aspect to my purchase experience. I definitely recommend these masks, especially if you are on the smaller side, purchasing for a teen, and/or would like an N95 that feels comfortable and odour-free. I’m happy to have found these petite-friendly masks, especially while N95s in general seem to be in short supply. Thank you, Safety Emporium!
P.S. I am a Canadian and paid no extra hidden duties/fees, in case you are in a similar boat and wondering about that. Safety Emporium was up front about total cost, including shipping.
I wish that they were a little larger.

I think that I have an average sized face but these masks are a bit on the small side for me. They are still usable but it makes talking a bit of a hassle and I have to adjust the nose portion for comfort.
High Quality and Legit --- Buying MORE!

These masks are legit. I did my research on everything from safetyemporium's history, to the manufacturing facility and company that makes the masks, to the NIOSH approvals. Being nervous due to rampant counterfeiting (coming from China) in the mask supply chain, I wanted to be sure.... And what I found all checked out. :)
I was delighted to discover that these are the REAL DEAL! MADE IN USA!
My testing confirms that these are indeed N95, they're authentic, and I couldn't be happier with them! (I later discovered that my employer has been ordering from safetyemporium for years)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THANK YOU!
I bought 10 more!

I love these masks. They are so comfortable and I did fit testing for years, and even without the kit, I know these fit me and my husband. I bought 10 more!

This mask is a terrific NIOSH approved N95 mask. It's extremely comfortable and fits snugly around the nose and cheeks of the face giving a very effective seal. With NIOSH approved high quality N95s in short supply, this is a welcome addition to the better known Beilcor and 3M N95 families.
Living in New York City, I'm very happy these are being made and are available.
