These Confined Space tags meet the requirements of the OSHA Permit-Required Confined Space Standard, 29 CFR 1910.146 for identifying confined space. These single-sided red tags read "Confined space. Environment may contain potential hazards. For green Class C tags see item # 12281.
Tag ties are NOT included. We recommend our 50 lb pull strength ties for meeting OSHA lockout/tagout requirements, item # 12255.
