Scaffold Status Tags, Green, "OK"

These scaffold inspection tags help workers comply with the OSHA Scaffolding Standard, 29 CFR 19126.451 paragraph (f)(3) requirement that "scaffolds and scaffold components shall be inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity."

These green single-sided tags have text of "OK. This scaffold has been erected to meet Federal/State OSHA Standards and is safe for all craft work. DO NOT ALTER" along with spaces for the date, competent person signature and comments. For yellow Caution tags see item # 12253 and for red Danger tags see item # 12254. Additional wordings for all 3 color tags are also available.

Tag ties are NOT included. We recommend our 50 lb pull strength ties for meeting OSHA lockout/tagout requirements, item # 12255.

These 5.75" h x 3.25" w (14.6 x 8.3 cm) tags are available in three different materials in packages of 5 or 25:

• Card Stock. Tear-resistant, waterproof, pulp-free - no wood pulp or paper content. These pliable 10-mil polyolefin-based tags will not crack, distort, or shrink. Ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor conditions. Scuff-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole.

• Rigid Plastic.  High-strength, tear-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical-resistant for dirty and greasy environments. 15-mil thick rigid polyethylene, relatively bendable and ideal for indoor and outdoor temporary tagging applications. Mar-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole w/ a reinforced metal grommet to resist pull-off

• Laminate. These tear-proof tags are hard-sealed by thick laminate on both sides making them nearly indestructible. These tags withstand tough, abusive conditions and are weatherproof, chemical-resistant, mar-resistant, scratch-resistant, and capable of withstanding dirt, grease, liquid splashes, rough handling, and high wind. The tags have a 3/8" hole with a reinforced metal grommet.

These tags work great with our Secure-Status Safety Tag Holders (item # 12256) but can also be used as a standard tag.
