These High-Density Foam Inserts fit snugly in the 6" Platform Head to secure microtubes or microplates during mixing or vortexing.

Available Items:

  • Microtube Insert, 2/package. Each insert accommodates up to 60 microtubes.
  • Micro Well Plate Insert, 2/package. Each insert accommodates one standard, 96-well microplate.
  • Two Tier Microplate Insert, 1/package. Use this double layered foam insert for prolonged shaking of one standard, 96-well microplate to protect the sample from heat build-up.
  • Deepwell Microplate Insert, 2/package. Each 3 cm thick insert accommodates one standard, 96-well deepwell microplate.
  • Mulitple Sample Head Starter Set, 2 total/package. This set includes (1) Microtube Insert and (1) MicroWell Plate Insert.

Compatable with all Ohaus Vortex Genie™ models.
