Description

These funnels have a sealed-in glass fritted disc of the listed porosity and are useful wherever filter paper or membranes cannot withstand the chemical attack of the filtrate. They are commonly used in organic, inorganic, and organometallic laboratories. Traditional porcelain Büchner funnels are available as item # CG-1888.

This funnel is constructed with a heavy wall stem and the top of the funnel is beaded for additional strength. Not recommended for use where the pressure would exceed 15 psi.
